Shipping Policy
Most products, unless otherwise stated, typically require 3–20 working days for delivery, subject to stock availability and potential factory production delays.
The following product types generally require 15–45 working days: workbenches, drawer cabinets, certain truck and trolley models, cantilever racking, and warehouse steps. To ensure accuracy, please check with us before ordering.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 hrs. We are unable to provide or confirm specific delivery dates or times for standard pallet freight deliveries (please see our Terms & Conditions for further details).
Palletised deliveries are made to a suitable ground-floor, kerbside location only. The recipient must provide a forklift truck, appropriate unloading equipment, or sufficient labour to unload the delivery vehicle upon arrival. Excessive unloading wait times may result in additional charges imposed by the freight forwarder.
Redeliveries and site locations without adequate access for HGVs or large delivery vehicles will be subject to additional carriage charges. Failed deliveries will incur return charges.
Due to frequent delivery failures, we do not deliver to:
• Contractors working at temporary sites
• Unmarked, unfinished, or unmanned buildings
• Address locations that cannot be accurately verified
We cannot accept claims for shortages or damages once goods have been checked and signed for (including if signed as “unchecked”), unless the carrier’s note is marked “damaged” or “quantity error” and we are notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
If damage or a shortfall occurs, please notify us in writing via email. Photographic evidence is required to support claims.
Please note: We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or external events affecting delivery schedules. Therefore, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We do not deliver to residential or non-business locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the product, quantity, and location.
For deliveries to:
• Mainland England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding Highlands)
• Mainland EU (including Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
While we generally have no minimum order requirement, a minimum handling and shipping fee may apply to certain items and small orders if stock is held outside your shipping region.

Post-Brexit Information
Parcels and pallet freight shipments from Europe to the UK may now incur additional import charges imposed by carriers and may be subject to cross-border delivery delays beyond our control.
We do not assume responsibility for any additional duties or import/export charges imposed by carriers or customs authorities.
